“You can never cross the ocean until you have the courage to lose sight of the shore.” — C. Columbus
We’re building a new class of AI models to engineer next-generation therapies (hyper-polypharmacy) that precisely guide biological systems from diseased to healthy states, starting with cancer. We do this because we’ve seen firsthand the devastation cancer inflicts on loved ones—cutting lives short—and refuse to accept the rate of progress and limitations of the current paradigm.
Upon submission of your CV and statement of exceptional work, the team will review both. If your application passes this stage, we will invite you to a 30-minute Zoom interview to discuss basic topics relevant to the role. Upon successfully passing this initial Zoom interview, you will progress to the main set of technical interviews and assessments:
We aim to complete this process in under 10 business days.
Excellence. We understand that it is not enough for us to just do our best; we must do what's required.
Persistence. We recognize the ambition and corresponding difficulty of our mission, and to conquer it, we must forge a superb ability to persist through the inevitable challenges to come.
Intensity. We believe we're put on earth for a reason, to follow a calling, and we will do so with the intensity that spiritual warriors pursue a spiritual calling.
Courage. Hemingway said it best: "Few men are willing to brave the disapproval of their fellows, the censure of their colleagues, the wrath of their society. Moral courage is a rarer commodity than bravery in battle or great intelligence. Yet it is the one essential, vital quality of those who seek to change a world which yields most painfully to change."
